What's the quickest way to reach you, including outside office hours?
By phone on 647 955 230, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. If you prefer, you can email us at administracion@sergomconsultors.com or use the contact form on this page. If you’re already a client, you can also write directly to your dedicated contact, by email or on WhatsApp.
Leave us a message or write to us via the contact form and we’ll call you first thing the next day. If you’re already a client and it’s urgent, your dedicated contact person will know how to handle it.
How soon will you reply, and how do I know my message arrived?
We reply to contact messages the same working day or, at the latest, the next day. If it’s urgent, it’s best to call: if we can’t take your call at that moment, we’ll call you back as soon as we can.
When you send the contact form, you’ll see a confirmation message on screen and we receive your enquiry straight away. If you haven’t had a reply within one working day, give us a call: there may have been a mistake in the email address.
Do I need an appointment, and where can I park near the office?
Yes, we recommend contacting us beforehand to book an appointment. That way we make sure the person handling your case is available and that we have time to see you without rushing. Our office is at C/ Dos de Maig, 25, 3r 4a, in the centre of Sant Cugat.
There are several public car parks in the centre of Sant Cugat, just a few minutes’ walk away. If you come by train, Sant Cugat station is nearby. When we confirm your appointment, we’ll send you our contact details and directions.
Can the first meeting be a video call if I'm not in Sant Cugat?
Of course. Many clients, especially those living outside Sant Cugat or Spain, have their first meeting by video call. Just leave your contact details in the form and let us know you’d prefer to meet remotely.
Yes. We work with clients across the Vallès, Barcelona and more than ten countries. Distance is not a problem: most procedures are done electronically and meetings can be held by video call.
What should I prepare, and can I send documents before the meeting?
You don’t need much. A general idea of what you need and, if possible, your most recent tax returns or the documents for the procedure you want to carry out. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know after our first contact.
Yes, and it helps us a lot. You can attach them to your email or send them via WhatsApp once we’ve been in touch. We treat all information confidentially and only use it to prepare for the meeting.
Is the first conversation free, and which languages do you speak?
No. The first conversation is a chance to get to know each other and understand your case, with no obligation. Afterwards we send you a written proposal with the price and what it includes, and you decide.
Yes. You can contact us in any of these three languages, and we’ll keep assisting you in that language throughout our relationship.
