Are these reviews real, and where can I read more?
Yes. All the reviews on this page were posted by our clients on Google, under their own names. We have copied them exactly as they were written, in Catalan or Spanish, without changing their content. You can read them all on our Google Business Profile.
At Sergom we have never asked for reviews in exchange for anything, nor have we hidden any. All reviews come from real clients, and anyone can check and verify them on our public Google profile.

What is our Google rating, and what do clients value most?
We have a rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 64 reviews. Reviews highlight above all our personal approach, how quickly we respond and how we anticipate each client’s needs. For us, it’s the best sign that we’re doing our job well.
According to the reviews, what clients value most is having a dedicated contact who responds quickly, having things explained clearly and being warned before problems arrive. They also highlight the team’s trustworthiness and professionalism.
How can I leave a review, and why are some in Spanish?
If you are a client, you can leave us a review on our Google Business Profile. Just search for Sergom Consultors on Google Maps and click on “Write a review”. We read every review and they help us improve.
Because we’ve copied them exactly as clients wrote them on Google. We work with people and businesses who speak Catalan, Spanish and English, and we respect the language of each review.
What do we do with the reviews we receive, including negative ones?
Yes. If we ever receive a critical review, we respond to it and get in touch with the client to understand what happened and put it right. We believe listening is the best way to improve.
We read them all as a team. When a review highlights something we do well, we keep it up; when it suggests an improvement, we discuss it and put it into practice. That way our clients’ reviews help us become a better gestoría every day.
By doing every day what got us here: reviewing our clients’ numbers every month, responding quickly, explaining things clearly and warning you before problems arrive. Good reviews are the result of this way of working, not the goal.
Can I speak to a client before signing up?
We understand you may want references. If you ask, we can put you in touch with a client in your sector who has agreed to share their experience, always respecting everyone’s confidentiality.
Which services and clients feature in the reviews?
Mainly tax advisory and accounting, services for the self-employed and support for businesses that are starting up or growing. There are also reviews from individuals who trusted us with their income tax return, an inheritance or a specific procedure. In every case, what comes up most is how close and approachable we are.
Both. We have reviews from self-employed people who are just starting out, established SMEs and international companies operating in Spain. This reflects how we work: every client gets the time and attention they need, regardless of their size.
