Is there a charge for energy advice?
No. Our energy advice is free: we review your electricity and gas bills, compare your terms with what’s on the market and, if we find a better option, we handle the switch with the supplier at no cost to you. We do this together with RAGUNERGY, specialists in the energy sector.
What do you need for the study, and do you need to see the installation?
Just your latest electricity or gas bill, or better still those from the last few months if you have them. With this information we analyse your consumption, contracted power and type of tariff, and tell you whether there’s room to save and roughly how much.
Usually not. Your bills are enough for us. Only in very specific business cases will we ask you for any further technical details.
Is energy advice also available for businesses?
Yes, and that’s where the difference can be greatest. For businesses and shops, we review contracted power, consumption periods and reactive energy penalties, which often go unnoticed. Good energy advice can cut your bill without changing the way you work.
Will I have to switch supplier, and could I lose supply?
No. If your current terms are already good, we’ll tell you and change nothing. We only suggest switching when there are real savings, and the decision is always yours. The review commits you to nothing.
No. The switch is purely administrative. Electricity and gas keep arriving through the same network, with no outages or works.
How much can you save?
It depends on the case. Sometimes the savings are small and we’ll tell you it isn’t worth switching; in other cases, especially companies with a high contracted power, the difference is significant.
Will you review the bill every year?
If you’d like, yes. Tariffs change often and a regular review stops you from overpaying again without realising it.
